You wanna have fat loss. Easy just drinking cold water. Just like song by Major Lazer feat Justin Bieber and MO at 2016, yes, the title is cold water. Many people said if you want to lose fat then you should drink cold water. The science backed it up “The human body is trying to maintain static temperature of 98.6 degrees. The colder the surrounding or internal conditions, the more calories the body burns to keep warm.”
They even said on 16 ounces glass of cold water can burn up to 17.5 calories, no treadmill required. Then i just need to drink my cold water all the time. But wait that’s sound to good to be true.
Cold Water vs Warm Water

Harmful effects of cold water : According to Natural Law, our normal body temperature is about 98.6°F (37°C). If we raise that temperature a few degrees, the body starts to show signs of distress and we say we have a fever. We try hard to return to homeostasis or normal functioning. When we drink ice-cold water, juice, or any ice-cold fluids, we create the basis for chronic diseases.
If you purchase a bowl of cow’s blood at the market to make some famous black pudding, and you put a cube of ice in this blood, observe what happens. This fluid, warm blood becomes thick, sticky, cool, or cold blood and appears to be like jelly as it clots. I bring this habit until i get into high school thats when i found exercise to be fun activities to do and lot of retired athlete tell me that the simple thing to do is not to drink any cold water if you want have more energy/ more stamina. So i think “Yeah i hear that a lot but damn no way the simple thing like that will give me more stamina. Okay, let me give this a try for 1 week. Just 1 week and let me see the result”. I try that, im feeling more energy after i got into days 4.
But this ain’t easy task, you know why ? Imagine you live in tropical island at 2 PM when sun is so shining and hot. You already tired from your workout and the sweat didn’t stop to always come out like they wanna dry you out. You see your friend accross the road holding plastic bag full with ice and blue juice. Even you can see the water dew want to fall down. Godness i need to pull all my might just try to resist my thirsty and that charming delicious drinking. After 1 week, i feel so much different in my body, im easily get sweat, my stomach not so bloating like i used to, i getting more energy to workout and not easily tired.
